At Trifecta Wireless, we want you to be completely satisfied with your service. If you're not happy with your internet service, you may return your device within 14 days after receiving your device for a complete refund of your service fees and device deposit.

Important: Your 14-day return window begins on the day you receive your device, not the day it was shipped.

How to Initiate a Return

To begin the return process:

  1. Contact our support team at support@trifectawireless.com or call us to request a return
  2. We will provide you with detailed return instructions and the return shipping address
  3. Package your device according to our instructions (see below)
  4. Ship the device back to us
  5. Provide us with the tracking information as soon as you ship the device

What to Return

You must return all items that were included with your order:

  • The router
  • All antennas
  • Power cable and adapter
  • Any other accessories or materials included in your shipment

Packaging Requirements

To ensure your device arrives safely and to avoid any damage charges:

  • We recommend shipping the device back in the same package which you received the device in
  • Remove all antennas from the device before packaging to prevent damage during transit
  • Use a padded box with adequate cushioning material
  • Ensure all items are securely wrapped and cannot move around inside the box
  • Seal the box properly with packaging tape

Warning: If the device is damaged during return shipping due to improper packaging, a $199 device damage fee will be deducted from your refund amount.

Processing Your Refund

Once we receive your returned device and verify it's in good condition:

  • We will process your refund within 5-7 business days
  • The refund will be issued to your original payment method
  • You will receive an email confirmation when your refund has been processed

Conditions

  • Returns must be initiated within 14 days of receiving your device
  • All equipment must be returned in good working condition
  • You must provide tracking information when shipping the device back
  • Devices damaged due to improper packaging or abuse will incur a $199 fee
